Getting started with VPN f3 is easy:
A: Simply tap the connect button on the home screen. The app will automatically select the fastest server based on your location and network conditions. You can also manually select a server from the Countries tab.
A: Go to the "Countries" tab, browse the list of available servers, and tap on the server you want to connect to. The app will show the latency for each server to help you choose the best one.
A: This feature automatically tests all available servers and connects you to the one with the lowest latency (fastest response time) for optimal performance.
A: Connection speed can be affected by several factors:
Try connecting to a server closer to your location or use the "Auto Select Best Server" feature to find the fastest option.
A: No. VPN f3 operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, store, or monitor your online activities, browsing history, or connection logs. Your privacy is our top priority.
A: VPN f3 uses the VLESS protocol with Reality/TLS encryption, providing advanced security and privacy protection for your internet connection.
A: Yes, you can use VPN f3 on multiple iOS devices. Simply install the app on each device and sign in with your account.
A: Go to Settings, tap on "Language", and select your preferred language. VPN f3 currently supports English and Russian.
A: If you experience connection issues, try the following:
A: You can submit feedback directly from the app. Go to Settings, tap on "Feedback", fill out the form with your issue or suggestion, and submit it. You can also attach screenshots if needed.
A: You can remove all advertisements by upgrading to VPN f3 Premium. Go to the Subscription page in the app to view available plans.
A: Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > Tap your name > Subscriptions > VPN f3 > Cancel Subscription.
A: Please try the "Restore Purchase" button on the Subscription page. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
